Secure a PSU-College Admission
Test application form at the Admission, Guidance and Testing Office or download
at www.psu.edu.ph
2.
Fill up the form and submit at
the Admission, Guidance and Testing Office together with 2 pcs 2×2 picture in
white background with nametag.
3.
Wait for the PSU-CAT permit to
be given indicating your schedule of examination.
