The Pangasinan State University Binmaley Campus held a bloodletting activity in coordination with the Philippine Red Cross. The gymnasium was filled with students, faculty, and staff eagerly lining up to donate blood. Nurses and volunteers were on hand to assist donors through the process, from registration to the canteen where refreshments were served afterwards. Despite some nervous first-time donors, the atmosphere was upbeat and friendly, with many participants happy to be able to help others in need through their donations. In total, over 100 units of blood were collected during the successful one-day event. The new supply will go a long way in helping the Philippine Red Cross provide blood to hospitals across the country.
