The Pangasinan State University Binmaley Campus held the opening program yesterday for the Level IV Phase II Accreditation of its Bachelor of Science in Fisheries program. The event marked the start of the three-day onsite visit by the accreditors from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). In his opening remarks, Campus Executive Director Dr. Roy C. Ferrer emphasized the importance of the accreditation in ensuring the quality of the fisheries program. With its initial Level IV accreditation expiring this year, PSU Binmaley is aiming for a successful re-accreditation of its fisheries program, which has produced numerous experts in the field over the past decades.
