At long last, the newly-appointed interim Supreme Student Council (SSC) of Pangasinan State University- Asingan Campus took their Oath of Office at the Accredition Room on March 5, 2021.
Dr. Valentin B. Calpo Jr., the fatherly Campus Executive Director, officiated their Oath of Office and paintstakingly reminded the SSC to uphold their duties and responsibilities with utmost passion, commitment, and sincerity. He affirmed that he can be reached 24/7 if there’ll be issues, concerns and/or projects that the student body wants to propose.
The SSC who took their oath were the following: Ma. Ronalyn Nonan (BSBA) President, Kyle Jember Neil Ambrocio (BSBA) Executive Vice President, Angela Joy Ordonio (BEE) Vice President for Communication, Francis Paasa (BSE) Vice President for Projects and Activities, Riesky Tugade (BSIT) Vice President for Students’ Rights and Welfare,Arnold Meriales Jr. (BEE) Auditor,Mark Jericho Cruz (BSE) Business Manager, Kathleen Grace Gumiran (BSBA) Business Manager and Jorge Flores (BIT) Public Relation Officer
Mr. Philip G. Nonales, the hardworking Coordinator for Student Services and Alumni Affairs and Mr. Christopher D. Espero, the vibrant SSC Adviser, hold a brief conference thereafter for the SSC proposed projects and activities for the S.Y. 2020-2021 which include: (1) potable drinking fountain, (2) photocopier machine, (3) provision for parking space for motorcycles, (4) study shed under the mango trees, (5) fixtures in the newly-constructed Student Center, (6) cleanliness and beautification program inside campus premises, and (7) leadership training- workshops and entrepreneurial activities of students.
