After successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification in Lingayen Campus last 2016, Pangasinan State University (PSU) is now eyeing another endeavor – to be a recipient of Philippine Quality Award (PQA), possibly by next year.
In preparation, PSU commenced its roadway to PQA through a three-day training workshop which was held on March 27-29, 2016.
To direct PSU toward the right track, Ms. Angelica C. Fraginal of ACF Consultancy and Training Services facilitated and trained the PSU officials on PQA Excellence Framework Education Sector.
The seven categories of PQA that covered the training workshop are: leadership, strategy, customers, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce, operations, and results.
After the training workshop, chairperson of the respective categories presented their outputs for further clarification and collaboration of their ideas.
