The training conducted on Adopt a Barangay Program: Seminar & Training on Self Defense and Disarming Techniques was held at Barangay Hall of Buenlag, Binmaley, Pangasinan. This was attended by One Hundred Sixty-Seven participants (167) from Barangay San Isidro Norte and Barangay Buenlag, Binmaley, pangasinan. This training aims to equip the local law enforcers and local government officials with the proper methods on self defense and disarming procedures. The training was done for two (2) days last January 9-10, 2019.
